Briar Moon Studio and Gina Marie will NEVER share your information with a third party not for any purpose. We keep all our clients information private with one exception.

If a third party can provide legal proof and requirement of Briar Moon to disclose a customer’s name through a charge of trademark or copyright infringement in the case of a questionable photo manipulation done by the studio and Gina Marie. All clients entering into a photo manipulation contract are informed in the written terms of the contract that they are solely responsible for any photo they do not have proper permissions and or licensing rights to.
