Facts and Questions

We will be adding questions and the anwers to those questions as they come in. For now we are adding some stuff that is pretty standard for faq sections.

Shipping:
All items purchased from Briar Moon's web site will shipped to you via the United States Postal Service. All the postal services policies about borken and damaged goods apply and Briar Moon Studio isn't responible for breakage that happens during shipping. Standard psoatl rates apply to those in the lower 48 states, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be rated on the current postal rates. The current postal rates also apply to shipping out of country, and to Canada.

Payments
Payments can be made via credit card or echeck using paypal.

Returns:
Item or items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Prints must be in the condition in which they were shipped to you, damaged prints will not be refunded. Shipping damage should be taken up with your local USPS. Refunds can only be made via paypal.

Image Usage:
Gina Marie’s art cannot be reproduced, redistributed or altered in any way without permission the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 makes it illegal to remove Copyright management information from protected works.
Contrary to what many people believe, images you find on the web are not free to use. Absence of copyright on an image ***does not*** mean that it is copyright free. Posting images on the web qualifies as "publishing" and is a violation of copyright law. Images on this site are not for your use, unless stated under a creative commons license that Gina Marie uses on her freebies. When you buy a print or any other illustrated product from Briar Moon, Gina Marie, and her licensors and affiliates you are buying only the item, not any type reproduction rights for it, unless you are purchasing a digital items licensed for reproduction.
