All of our photo manipulations are done while working with clients held under legal contract to accept all responsibility in case of trademark and or copyright infringement. Briar Moon has screening process that is supposed to catch this type of thing before it happens, but just to cover our collective rumps we contract with our clients to accept responsibility for all copyright and trademark infringement claims.
