We specialize in detailed design based on today's love affair with the fantasy genre. The are many designers out there to fill your needs yet there are few that specialize in the fantasy genre. At Briar Moon we also know when a job is just too big or not suited to our talents. In these cases we will tell you so straight forwardly, and if possible recommend a designer able to handle your specific needs. We aim to provide a service that not only works well for our clients but we wish our projects to work well with the type of design we offer. Things You Must Know! We will not work with photos that have been taken by a profession studio or photographer unless you can send us written, signed, permission of their consent to use their work in such a manner. We will also have to have complete contact information of the photographer or studio to verify this information. There is a $10.00 service charge for information verification that is due before work can start on your portrait. You will be invoiced via email for this service charge. We will not step on the copyright of another artist and or studio. By sending us such information, and the verification information you are entering into a contact that holds you responsible for any infringement of copyright absolving Briar Moon and Gina Marie from all legal responsibilities and fees. Trademarked and Copyrighted Characters, Images, ArtWe also will not work with any trademarked or copyrighted famous characters, cartoons, or any such image, unless you can provide legally valid proof of licensing for such use. Characters as examples do include, Marvel Comics, Movie Characters, Cartoon Characters, Disney, Warner Brothers, Pixar, Sports Stars, Nascar, NFL, NHL, NBA, the work of other artists, etc. Licensing for these types of images cost big bucks, and are hard to obtain, so don't try to the pull the wool over our eyes, we check all references required in the written consent requirement. If you do indeed what some thing from this list then feel free to pursue the licensing required for such usage and provide us with the proper legal documents for such licensing for our legal counsel to pursue. Once the contract is okay then we will work with you with any of the above characters. If you can't not provide this type of legal proof that you have a license to use said famous image then please don't request work done with any thing trademarked or copyright by any other person than the original owner of said legal ownership, or a hold of legitimate license to use said material in work designed by us.If you understood none of the proceeding paragraph you probably should contact us about designing image using copyrighted or trademarked materials.
